Who can Apply For The Thomas Jefferson Scholarship 2025/26 Program?

- Be a Tunisian citizen and currently reside in Tunisia.
- Be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in good academic standing at a registered academic institution in Tunisia, specifically in their second year or above. Students in their first year or final year are not eligible.
- Be able to receive a U.S. J-1 visa.
- Be at least 18 years old by July 1, 2025.
- Commit to returning to Tunisia for two years after completing the program, as per J-1 visa regulations.
- Achieve a minimum Duolingo English Test (DET) score of 100.
- Complete the academic year prior to studying in the United States with a passing average.
