The Clement Adesuyi Hastrup (CAHF) Scholarship aims to empower youth from Ijesaland by providing financial support to undergraduates studying in Nigerian public tertiary institutions. The scholarship is designed to assist sons and daughters of Ijesaland in pursuing their educational dreams, and it offers grants each year. It is open to students from the six local government areas of Ijesaland, Osun State, with no limit on the number of times an applicant can apply as long as they remain eligible.

Who can Apply For The Clement Adesuyi Hasstrup Foundation Scholarship For Nigerian Students?

Additionally, applicants are to meet the following criteria to be eligible:

  • Must be a native of one of the six local governments within Ijesaland, Osun State.
  • Open to undergraduate students enrolled in any public tertiary institution in Nigeria.
  • Past beneficiaries can reapply for financial support in subsequent years.

Required Documents:

Applicants are also to submit the following: 

  • Evidence of Local Government of origin from the local council.
  • Letter of introduction signed by the current Head of Department.
  • Certified academic record from the institutionโ€™s Exams and Records division.
  • Current student ID card issued by the institution, department, or faculty.
  • Proof of registration for the current semester or session.
  • Confirmation of membership in the Federation of Ijesa Studentsโ€™ Union (FISU).
