This competition invites undergraduates in Nigerian tertiary institutions to share their perspectives on mental health, fostering awareness and reducing stigma. By addressing critical mental health issues, the contest promotes thoughtful dialogue and offers participants recognition and prizes. The 2025 topic is: “Mental Health and Suicide Prevention: Navigating the Challenges Among Nigerian Students.”
