- Unofficial academic transcript (PDF).
- Current resume or CV (not exceeding one page, PDF).
- Three essays (500 words each, submitted as separate PDFs):
- How you embodied one of Thrive’s values to overcome a challenge.
- A business or product idea to solve a pressing issue.
- A data-driven solution you developed for a challenging problem.
- A 90-second video explaining how your experiences shaped you (MP4, uploaded as an unlisted YouTube video).
- One letter of recommendation submitted separately by a supervisor, professor, or mentor.
