• has obtained his/her PhD or equivalent degree within the past 10 years;
• is employed at an institution of higher education or research institute;

Additionally, the benefits include:

• Financial support of CHF 150,000 for a three-year period.
• Up to 50% of the grant amount can be used for the fellow’s salary.
• Up to 10% of the grant (CHF 15,000) can be allocated to overhead or indirect costs.
• Opportunity to apply for additional funding for further projects focused on evidence-to-action and capacity building.
• Networking opportunities with Jacobs Foundation Fellows and alumni.
• Access to alumni events and interdisciplinary collaboration.
