Who can Apply For The United Nations Foundation Polio Press Fellowship?

Also, to be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

• Open to journalists of all nationalities.
• Applicants must demonstrate experience producing and publishing similar news content for reputable outlets.
• Freelance journalists are eligible to apply.
• Multi-person teams may submit joint proposals, but funding limits apply per project.
• Basic English skills are required for fellowship activities.

Which Countries Are Eligible?

All countries but preference will be given to Chad, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Niger, Nigeria, Madagascar, and Mozambique.
