The Carr Center Fellowship 2025–2026 is an academic affiliation offered by the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy at Harvard Kennedy School. Open to scholars, practitioners, and human rights defenders, the fellowship provides an opportunity to engage in research, writing, and knowledge-sharing activities aligned with the Carr Center’s priorities. Fellows participate in a vibrant academic environment through collaboration, study groups, and interactions with faculty and other experts. The fellowship is unpaid and non-residential, running for one academic year from September 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
