The Advancing Black Pathways Fellowship Program is a five-week, paid, full-time summer fellowship held at select JPMorgan Chase offices. Designed to nurture diverse talent, the program provides sophomore students, including Black students and those from other diverse backgrounds, with an opportunity to explore careers in financial services. Participants will enhance their professional skills, gain mentorship, and engage in project-based learning while receiving financial services exposure and education. The program fosters leadership and technical skills through tailored training, senior-level engagement, and career development initiatives.
