Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualifications
- A 3-year Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6 or 7) in any of the following:
- Financial Management Systems, Accounting, Internal Audit
- Human Resource Management/Development
- Industrial Psychology
- Public Management/Administration
- Communication
- Supply Chain Management
- Records Management/Archives
- Information Technology
- A 3- or 4-year degree (NQF Level 8) in:
- Psychology
- Social Work
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in two official languages of the Western Cape
- Ability to gather and process information efficiently
Key Responsibilities of an Intern
Interns will support their assigned department with a variety of tasks, including:
- General office administration
- Research and data entry
- Filing and records management
- Coordination of departmental tasks
