1. Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program – Deadline January 8, 2025.

The France Excellence Eiffel scholarship program, developed by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, aims to help French higher  education institutions attract top international students to master’s and doctoral/PhD programs. This initiative enables France to train future foreign decision-makers in both the public and private sectors across key fields of study. Additionally, the program encourages applications from students in emerging countries at the master’s level and from both emerging and industrialized countries at the doctoral/PhD level.

2. EMLE Scholarships – Deadline January 15, 2025.

The application for the European Master in Law and Economics (EMLE), academic year 2025/2026, is now open. The application deadline will be on 15 January 2025.

We especially invite talented candidates with law and/or economics backgrounds from Sub-Saharan African countries (EU-targeted region 9) and Western Balkan countries (IPA III: Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo), for which we have targeted scholarships for excellent candidates who express their interest in studying the economics analysis of law and can prove their English proficiency in time for admission. We also invite students with special needs to apply.

3. Emile Boutmy Scholarship at Sciences Po – Deadline March 4, 2025.

The Émile Boutmy scholarship is a merit-based scholarship created by Sciences Po to attract the best international students from outside the European Union. It supports undergraduate and master’s students who demonstrate academic excellence and meet social criteria.

  • Who It’s For: Non-EU international students applying to undergraduate or master’s programs at Sciences Po.
  • Benefits: Tuition fee waivers ranging from partial to full, with additional funding for living expenses.
