• Individuals proficient in English who have not undertaken a Commonwealth Professional Fellowship in the last five years.

Startup Eligibility:

• A working minimum viable product, service, or prototype.
• At least six months of active development with a committed team.
• Evidence of customer traction or measurable demand.

How are Applicants Selected?

Applicants are evaluated based on:

• Evidence of innovation.
• Customer engagement and traction.
• Responses to specific questions about their business problem, solution, and motivation.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for further assessment.
