ITU Faculty of Computer and Informatics Engineering and Turkcell are excited to announce the Turkcell Research and Scholarship Program for 2025.
The aim of this scholarship program is to support graduate studies in the ITU Computer Engineering Graduate Program at the MSc and PhD levels. The scholarship program offers a monthly stipend (offered for 12 months) of 55,000 TL (total 660,000 TL a year) plus a 15,000 TL bonus covering publication and related expenses (max 2 times a year) to both MSc and PhD students.

The Turkcell Research and Scholarship Program is a collaborative initiative between ITU Faculty of Computer and Informatics Engineering and Turkcell. It supports MSc and PhD students in the ITU Computer Engineering Graduate Program by providing financial assistance and resources for research and academic development.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Candidates are evaluated based on their academic qualifications, research potential, and interview performance.
Open to all nationalities, provided they meet the academic and program-specific criteria.
