The Domestic Postgraduate Scholarship Program for the 2025/2026 academic session is an initiative by the foundation to support academic excellence and empower graduates from Kano State to achieve their educational and professional goals. Building on its success in sponsoring 70 students for master’s degree programs abroad, the foundation now aims to support 300 outstanding graduates to pursue postgraduate studies in top universities across Nigeria. The scholarship emphasizes advanced education in fields that drive innovation and sustainable development.

Who can Apply for the Barau Jibrin Foundation 2025 Domestic Postgraduate Scholarship Program?
In addition, applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible:
- Applicants must be under 35 years old.
- Hold a first degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines with a CGPA of 3.5 or above (on a 5.0 scale).
- Possess five O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
How are Applicants Selected?
- Academic merit based on CGPA.
- Relevance of prior education to selected fields.
- Quality of submitted motivation letter.
