The Women Techsters Fellowship Class of 2025 is a free, highly competitive, 1-year experiential learning program designed to empower young women across Africa with globally in-demand technology skills. Open to women aged 16 to 40, the fellowship seeks to bridge the gender gap in technology by equipping participants with technical and soft skills to kickstart careers and businesses in tech. The program is divided into two phases: six months of intensive training followed by six months of practical work experience, including internships, freelancing, entrepreneurship, and mentoring. It aims to foster inclusion and equal access for women in the tech ecosystem while promoting their active participation in the industry.
