The Springboard Fellowship is a two-year paid opportunity designed for recent college graduates with a passion for creating dynamic Jewish student communities on college campuses across North America. Participants will use their skills and creativity to reimagine Jewish student life while receiving professional development and mentorship. Extensive Jewish education is not required; just a commitment to learning, community building, and fostering Jewish identity.

Who can Apply For The Springboard USA Fellowship?
To be eligible, ensure you meet the following criteria:
- Recent college graduates (0–3 years post-graduation) or graduating seniors.
- Strong passion for engaging Jewish college students.
- Demonstrated interest in student leadership and community building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative and adopt a proactive approach to challenges.
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
