The Chinese Government Scholarship “High-Level Postgraduate” Program at Yunnan University of Finance and Economics (YUFE) is a full scholarship program established by the Ministry of Education of China. This scholarship aims to support outstanding international students pursuing full-time master’s and doctoral degrees at YUFE. The program offers a unique opportunity to study in China with comprehensive benefits, fostering academic excellence and cultural exchange. For the 2025 academic year, YUFE will recommend 10 candidates for this scholarship.

Also, the program is open to outstanding international students who:
- Are citizens of countries other than the People’s Republic of China and be mentally and physically healthy
- Are bachelor’s degree holders under the age of 35 when applying for master’s programs.
- Are master’s degree holders under the age of 40 when applying for doctoral programs.
- Have acquired the Chinese proficiency of HSK Level 4 when applying for Chinese-taught master’s or doctoral programs.
- Meet the admission requirements of the applied universities in terms of academic ability, language proficiency, and other relevant criteria.
