• Scholars and researchers from 135 eligible countries across Africa, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Europe, and the Arab region.
• For Visiting Scholar Programmes:
  • General Scholars: High school diploma, under 45 years old.
  • Senior Scholars: Master’s degree or higher, under 50 years old.
• For Degree Programmes:
  • Master’s: Bachelor’s degree, under 35 years old.
  • Doctoral: Master’s degree, under 40 years old.
