Who Can Apply?

• Senior executives (e.g., CEOs, corporate managers) in medium to large companies.
• Must be at least 30 years old (born 1995 or earlier).
• Must have a completed bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Must have a good command of written and spoken English.

• The company must be locally owned and based in an eligible country.

Bangladesh, Brazil, China, Colombia, Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, Georgia, DR Congo, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Morocco, Nigeria, Philippines, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Thailand, Türkiye, Ukraine*, Vietnam.

*Ukrainian applicants residing outside Ukraine are also eligible.

• Online sessions (May – November 2025)
• One-week onsite module in Sweden (October 2025)
