The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a prestigious PhD/EngD research scholarship for international students. It is a collaboration between:

- Nanyang Technological University (NTU)
- National University of Singapore (NUS)
- Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD)
- Singapore Management University (SMU)
- Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT)
SINGA enables students to conduct research in state-of-the-art facilities and work with world-renowned scientists in Singapore’s leading universities and A*STAR research institutes.

- Full tuition fees
- Monthly stipend of S$2,200, increasing to S$2,700 after passing the Qualifying Examination
- One-time airfare grant of up to S$1,500
- One-time settling-in allowance of S$1,000

- The scholarship covers the entire duration of the PhD/EngD program (typically 4 years).
