How to Apply:
Identify a Supervisor: Applicants must secure a commitment from an academic supervisor at the intended host university. If you lack existing contacts, it’s advisable to explore the university’s official website or reach out to the designated contact person listed in the programme’s brochure.
Obtain an Acceptance Letter: A mandatory component of the application is a letter or email from the prospective supervisor, indicating their willingness to oversee your research during the stay.
Submit the Application: Complete and submit the online application form, ensuring all required information and documents are included. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Important Considerations:
Single Application: Applicants may apply to only one university. Submitting applications to multiple institutions will result in disqualification.
Stay Duration: The specific dates of the research stay should be coordinated between the applicant and the host supervisor, typically falling within the academic year 2025/2026.
Language Proficiency: While many host universities offer the possibility to conduct research in English, it’s essential to verify the working language requirements of the chosen institution.
