• Be indigenous to Akwa Ibom State.
• Be currently enrolled in a recognized tertiary institution (university, polytechnic, or college of education).
• Have a valid student registration number (verified with their institution).
• Possess all required documents for verification.

For a successful application, you will need the following:

• Valid Student Registration Number (This information will be securely shared with your university system for verification)
• Valid Student ID Card
• Valid Admission Letter
• Valid Certificate of Origin
• Valid School Fee Receipt (recommended to have receipts that can be independently validated, for example, receipts with RRR number if paid with Remita)
• Valid Passport photo
