Who Can Apply for the East Africa Public Leadership Programme?

✅ Be 18–45 years old
✅ Be citizens of East African Community (EAC) countries:
- Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda
✅ Have demonstrated leadership in their profession, education, or community
✅ Be interested in elected office or public service (prior political experience not required)
How are Applicants Selected?

- Shortlisted candidates must attend an interview.
- Finalists must commit to attending all seven in-residence seminar weekends.
