Tell Me About The Storytelling with Data Fellowship:
The 2025 Storytelling with Data Fellowship, hosted by Equal Measures 2030 (EM2030), supports gender advocates in transforming gender data into powerful narratives that drive policy change and advocacy. The fellowship recognizes the vital role of feminist movements in advancing gender equality and aims to equip them with the tools and skills to use data as an advocacy tool. By combining storytelling with insights from the 2024 SDG Gender Index, fellows will create engaging content such as blogs, videos, podcasts, and infographics to amplify gender-related issues and push for tangible change.
Who can Apply For the Storytelling with Data Fellowship?
Also, to be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Applicants must be gender advocates, activists, storytellers, journalists, or media professionals who are passionate about using data to advance gender equality.
Open to individuals from Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), Asia, and Africa.
Must have an interest in storytelling through various formats such as blogs, videos, podcasts, infographics, or creative content.
Able to commit 5-8 hours per week over the fellowship duration.
