About the HEINEKEN International Graduate Programme: You will begin the journey at our Head Office in Amsterdam where you will be introduced to the HEINEKEN history, products and values, and start meeting the people that make the company great!With three one-year assignments you will have challenging and contrasting learning experiences within a Function. Every year, you explore a new country, start a new job, and learn a different culture, professionally and personally. This will test your learning agility and provide you with unforgettable experiences.

Application Procedure
- Application Submission:
- Upload your CV and cover letter through our application portal. Application period is from Feb 26th to April 30th
- Online Assessments:
- Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment
- Interviews:
- Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews. We’re aiming to hold these around March & April
- Assessment Centre:
- Then it’s time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations. We’re planning this for May & June
