Scholarship Benefits:

  • Annual Scholarship Amount: €6,150 per year
  • Tuition Fees Waived: Recipients are exempt from university fees (except for regional tax & stamp duty, approx. €156).
  • Accommodation & Dining Benefits:
    • Reserved university residence at subsidized rates
    • Meal services at discounted prices
  • Duration: Covers the standard duration of the undergraduate course.
  • Reserved Scholarships for African Students: Three scholarships prioritized for students from African countries

Who Can Apply?

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Be citizens and residents of a developing country as per Decree No. 440/2024 or priority countries listed by the Italian Agency for Cooperation, including:
    • Cuba, Egypt, El Salvador, Jordan, Iraq, Kenya, Lebanon, Tunisia, Palestinian territories
  • Hold a high school diploma obtained outside the EU that:
    • Was earned after at least 12 years of schooling.
    • Qualifies for admission to undergraduate programs in the issuing country.
    • Is recognized by local education authorities
  • Be registering for the first time at an Italian university.
  • Students obtaining their high school diploma by July 10, 2025, can also apply.
  • If the diploma was earned in less than 12 years, applicants must provide proof of at least one year of post-secondary studies.

Selection Process:

  • Evaluation based on academic merit and eligibility
  • The final ranking list will be published on May 15, 2025.
  • Selected applicants must confirm acceptance within 10 days of notification.
  • Admission tests (if required) must be completed by July 20, 2025.

Eligible Countries:

  • Non-EU developing countries and priority countries as defined by Italian authorities
