The University of Brescia, Italy, is offering the STAR Undergraduate Scholarships 2025 for non-EU students from developing and priority countries. Scholarship Benefits:
- Annual Scholarship Amount: €6,150 per year

Who Can Apply?
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be citizens and residents of a developing country as per Decree No. 440/2024 or priority countries listed by the Italian Agency for Cooperation, including:
- Cuba, Egypt, El Salvador, Jordan, Iraq, Kenya, Lebanon, Tunisia, Palestinian territories
- Hold a high school diploma obtained outside the EU that:
- Was earned after at least 12 years of schooling.
- Qualifies for admission to undergraduate programs in the issuing country.
- Is recognized by local education authorities
- Be registering for the first time at an Italian university.
- Students obtaining their high school diploma by July 10, 2025, can also apply.
- If the diploma was earned in less than 12 years, applicants must provide proof of at least one year of post-secondary studies.
Selection Process:
- Evaluation based on academic merit and eligibility
- The final ranking list will be published on May 15, 2025.
- Selected applicants must confirm acceptance within 10 days of notification.
- Admission tests (if required) must be completed by July 20, 2025.

- Non-EU developing countries and priority countries as defined by Italian authorities
