The Leadership Accelerator Programme is a transformative initiative designed to address gender disparities in leadership across Africa. It specifically targets young African women in corporate settings, equipping them with essential leadership skills to advance in their careers. The program consists of a three-week online course, a one-week immersive boot camp, a capstone project, and a three-month mentorship experience. Through this initiative, participants receive practical training, networking opportunities, and personalized guidance to enhance their leadership potential.
