Tell Me About The Science-Policy Communication Fellowship:

The Science-Policy Communication Fellowship, organized by Nigeria Health Watch, is a three-month hybrid program designed to bridge the gap between scientific research and public health policy in Nigeria. Africa, and Nigeria in particular, faces unique public health challenges that require evidence-based responses. This fellowship seeks to address the critical disconnect between research and policy implementation by equipping participants with the skills needed to translate complex scientific data into accessible and policy-relevant communication. Fellows will participate in expert-led training, receive personalized mentorship, and carry out a real-world public health communication project.
