£7,500 tuition fee waiver split over the three years of tuition fees.

must be studying on campus. The scholarship applies to any postgraduate taught course (PhD/other doctoral qualifications/research Master’s degrees are not eligible for this award). I.E., a Professional MSc by Research starting in September 2025, studied for a minimum of 2 semesters.

Scholarship details
The Sports Excellence Scholarship is aimed at high-performing student athletes who wish to combine high-performance sport alongside undergraduate or postgraduate taught study at the University of Gloucestershire. This is applied as a tuition fee waiver designed to reward sporting excellence. The Scholarships are open only to international fee-paying students.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate they are performing at the required level in the performance sport.

If a student wishes to transfer to an undergraduate program at the University of Gloucestershire from an overseas progression partner, the University will offer a Progression Partner Scholarship worth £5,000.

£5,000 tuition fee waiver deducted from the first year’s tuition fee at the point of offer.

No application required—this is an automatic tuition fee waiver.
Eligibility
Students who wish to transfer to an agreed progression pathway from an overseas partner are eligible.
