The International Excellence Scholarships 2025 at the University of Leeds recognize and reward high academic achievement. These scholarships are available to international students applying for a taught master’s course starting in 2025. The awards aim to support talented students in fulfilling their potential and joining the university’s diverse community. A total of 500 awards are available, offering tuition fee reductions of 10%, 25%, or 50%.

Who can Apply for the University of Leeds International Excellence Scholarships?
To apply for an International Excellence Scholarship, you must:
- be classified as an international student for fee purposes
- have applied for an eligible taught Masters course for 2025/26 entry. You do not need to have received an offer of study before applying for the scholarship
- be self-funding or partially funded
- demonstrate an excellent academic track record, and be predicted to achieve or have achieved a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a 2:1 (hons) or equivalent
- show excellent professional and personal skills evidenced through work experience and/or extracurricular activities.

Applicants will be selected based on:
- Academic excellence, demonstrated by past academic achievements and predicted results.
- Strong professional and personal skills evidenced through work experience and extracurricular activities.
