This scholarship qualifies an on-campus non-resident/international student for in-state tuition and the award. The selection of recipients is competitive, with additional considerations such as area work experience, GPA, etc. Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher. A graduate GPA of at least 3.0 is required if the applicant has already taken graduate classes. Submission of an official undergraduate transcript is required to verify the GPA. If selected, the recipient must enroll in at least nine (9) graduate credit hours each semester of the award, unless fewer hours are required to graduate in the summer.
