Entrepreneurs with a graduate degree or equivalent qualification. Citizens or permanent residents of a low or middle-income Commonwealth country, or those with refugee status in an eligible country. Individuals proficient in English who have not undertaken a Commonwealth Professional Fellowship in the last five years. Startup Eligibility: A working minimum viable product, service, or prototype. At least six months of active development with a committed team. Evidence of customer traction or measurable demand. How are Applicants Selected? Applicants are evaluated based on: Progress and achievements of their startup. Evidence of innovation. Customer engagement and traction.
