Google is excited to offer Google Conference Scholarships for selected conferences in the tech industry and related fields. Application Deadline: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so there is no specific deadline. Anyone who identifies with a group that is historically underrepresented in the technology industry (including, but not limited to, African Americans, Women, Hispanics, Native Americans, persons with disabilities, and veterans) is encouraged to apply for the Google Conference scholarships. Applicants must: Be full-time students enrolled at a recognized university in Africa. Have a paper accepted at a top-tier computer science conference. Be the sole or joint first author of the accepted paper. Not be a Google employee or resident of embargoed countries, or otherwise prohibited by applicable export controls and sanctions. Scholarship amount depends on cost for the international conference. How are Applicants Selected? Selection is based on a review of the application.
