Lengo AI's success is just one example of the wave of innovation sweeping across Africa. From bustling cities to remote villages, startups are tackling the continent's most pressing challenges head-on. They're using technology to transform healthcare, education, finance, and countless other sectors. These startups are not just building businesses; they're building a brighter future for Africa. We're continually inspired by the ingenuity of startups across Africa, and since 2018, the Google for Startups Accelerator Africa program has been our way of supporting the dynamic tech ecosystem throughout the continent. And now we're thrilled to open applications for our 2025 Cohort! Over the years, this program has supported 106 startups who have collectively raised over $263 million and created more than 2,800 jobs.
