This scholarship is specifically for students or professionals in digital, print, broadcast, or multimedia journalism. Type: Graduate-level scholarship for study or investigative projects in journalism. Who can Apply? Australian citizens or permanent residents who: Are enrolled or have an offer to undertake graduate-level study (Masters, Ph.D., or Postdoctoral Research) at an accredited U.S. educational institution for a minimum of one year. Have 5-7 years of work experience in journalism and an agreement with a U.S. media outlet to pursue an investigative project for at least three months. Dual U.S. citizens or permanent residents are not eligible. How are Applicants Selected? Selection is based on academic merit, the quality of the investigative project or study plan, and the applicant’s potential to contribute to journalism.
