Project/Research description (max. 6 double-spaced pages) explaining why travel is essential. Proposed budget outlining expected expenses. Curriculum vitae (CV) including research and teaching experience. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport (must be a West African national). Recommendation letter from a professor (if a graduate student) or a research colleague. Additional documents depending on the purpose of travel: If visiting another institution: Invitation letter from the host institution.
